Mahendra Singh our CEO was yet again featured in a prominent news journal to discuss the bounce-back of the real estate market. 
He explained how the current market is now dominated less by the speculators and more by the long term end users. He was asked about SPF Realty and how it fit in this entire picture. Some of the questions he was asked were:

Q. When did you enter the Dubai realty market and what prompted you to invest in this region?
A. Specialized Property Finder (SPF) Realty was incorporated in 2006, whereas the partner’s Ranjeet Chavan and Kalpesh Sampat are in the Dubai Real Estate Market for over a decade.

Dubai is strategically placed geographical and its proximity to other parts of the world. The conducive environment, and the liberal government policies, for businesses and economy, social security and standard of life are the few major reasons that would prompt anyone to invest in the region.
